Cowell Terrace consists of 32 Attached Homes. Here you will find a well-maintained community with open space areas that make our homes unique.
Cowell Terrace is a "planned unit development" so you have been relieved of some outside maintenance and landscaping responsibilities. However, it has become the homeowner's responsibility to take an interest in the management of our Association by attending Board meetings and participating in committee work for the betterment of the Association. The value of your home investment and the quality of your community depends on your community Association ... and the success of the Association depends on you. Your involvement is needed to insure the success of your community.
Our Management Company staff answers their telephones between 9 am and 5 pm Monday through Thursday and on Friday from 9 am to 1 pm (except Federal Holidays). If you have an urgent matter involving the Association, please call (925) 283-4900, (e.g. if you observe an irrigation leak in common area landscaping). If your call is after normal business hours or on a weekend or holiday, please listen to the prompts and follow the instructions to get to the answering service for assistance.
